our philosophy

We believe that people can be compelled to help each other. And they do so for two primary reasons: 1) Identity and 2) Economics.

Identity is the foundation of our thesis. It’s the intrinsic motivator that compels action. Economics is the framework. It’s the logical nugget for our Cortex to cling to in justifying the actions our Limbic systems want us to take.

Kintro leverages the above to deliver an engaging, helpful and rewarding experience for community members.

Humility

Statistically, astronaut selection would re-select the same candidates only 12% of the time if luck accounted for just 5% of the choice… We're 88% a product of circumstance, and we don't forget it.

Integrity

If we can't bank on honesty, if we can't bank on candour, then we're flying blind. So we insist that all our team members provide evidence of practised integrity before they can join the club.

We want to build something BIG, because this is the only way we can really drive impact. So we expect our team to have the capacity to develop a vision for every facet of our business.

Kintro is a Software-as-a-Service app for professional communities like business networks, co-working spaces, incubator programs, VC founder networks and communities of people who want to communicate, help and advise each other.
